Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association and the Ambassador of Pakistan Ms. Mariam Aftab discussed opportunities for strengthening business cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan invited the members of BICA to participate in a special business conference dedicated to investment opportunities in the Middle East, which will be held in Sofia in September this year. According to Ms. Mariam Aftab, among the most important sectors for them are the food industry, logistics, tourism, textile industry and IT.

“I think that BICA can be an important link between Pakistan and Bulgarian companies. “My country is open for investment in all sectors, and we can boast of extremely liberal legislation,” she added.

The Chairman of tha Association presented the activities of the organization in our country and the branch chambers that are members of it.

“The level of trade and economic relations between the countries is not what it deserves to be. It is extremely important for BICA that Bulgaria constantly improves and expands trade and tourism exchange, and investments with countries like yours. I believe that our cooperation can be extremely fruitful, “said Vassil Velev.
